The room was breathtaking and lovely when upgraded with a bath and shower. The staff was pleasant and amicable. The hotel is conveniently located next to Erbach City's main square, with cafes and several good restaurants in the old section of Erbach.

the hotel was delightful and fairly clean, it met requests. the breakfast was varied and enjoyable and had a wide range of meals. the staff were really helpful and very supportive as i expected. this venue was set in a central area close enough to tourist centre, michelstadt and several good restaurants. it also was in fairy tale old town.

The hotel lacks a gym or fitness centre, which might be disappointing for those who enjoy working out during their travels.

Stayed here during Easter and, I have to say, the Easter eggs were really nice! the location was also great as it was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. I also liked the fact that they had a balcony in every room which made it great for relaxing.

The WiFi was terrible and just didn't work most of the time. the parking was a bit of a nightmare as the spaces were too small for bigger cars and they didn't have many available spaces.

This place exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, being in the heart of a beautiful old town surrounded by stunning scenery. I loved how the hotel facilities combined the traditional style with modernity. The staff was helpful and friendly which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the parking was easy, and the breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I didn't like.
